[World Council of Churches] The World Council of Churches presidents published a Pentecost message May 12 titled “The Holy Spirit Invites Reimagined Communities of Unity.”
The message calls on Christians to invite the Holy Spirit to “transform us so that we can be more like Jesus.”
Pentecost Sunday, which is celebrated 50 days after Easter Sunday, falls on May 24 this year.
