Archbishop of Canterbury preaches at all female-led church service in Ghana
[Anglican Communion News Service] Archbishop of Canterbury Sarah Mullally began her 10-day visit to the Church of the Province of West Africa on July 26. She preached at a church service at St. Joseph the Worker Anglican Church in Accra, Ghana, which was led entirely by female clergy in honor of her visit.
A brass band and local school children welcomed the archbishop to the three-hour service. She thanked the congregation for their hospitality and welcome.
