[Anglican Communion News Service] Bishops from the Church in Wales, the Scottish Episcopal Church and the Church of Ireland gathered in the community of St. Davids in Pembrokeshire, Wales, for the biennial Celtic bishops conference.
During the April 27-30 gathering, the bishops discussed contextual ministry, ecumenism and the roles of the global and local church. The Rt. Rev. Jo Wells, deputy secretary general of the Anglican Communion, was part of the conference.
